  • Lash lifting: curl and lift treatment for natural lashes.
  • Eyebrows: eyebrow design and lamination.
  • Facial waxing: upper lip, chin, and brows.
  • Training courses: professional training in lash extensions and eyebrow design.

Prices, descriptions, and availability of services are subject to change without notice. All prices are expressed in US dollars (USD).

Treatment results may vary by individual. Alexa Torrellas does not guarantee specific results, as they depend on multiple individual factors.

4. User obligations

By using the Site and Services, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information when booking appointments or contacting us.
  • Disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect the provision of services.

  • Instagram: link to Alexa Torrellas' professional account. Interaction on Instagram is subject to Meta's terms.
  • Google Maps: the Site integrates a Google map to display our location. When viewing the map, you interact with Google's services, subject to their own terms and privacy policy.

Alexa Torrellas is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party services.

7. Appointments and reservations

Appointments are scheduled through the Calendly platform or via direct WhatsApp communication.

  • Confirmation: once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation. We commit to responding within 24 business hours.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling: if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows: failure to appear for a confirmed appointment without prior notice may result in conditions for future reservations.
  • Pre-appointment requirements: we recommend arriving without eye makeup, not using an eyelash curler on the day of the appointment, and disclosing any known allergies or sensitivities beforehand.
  • Fills: fills must be performed within a maximum of 3 weeks and with at least 40% retention of prior extensions. If these conditions are not met, the full set rate will apply.

Alexa Torrellas communicates with clients through the following channels:

Service prices are published on the Site in US dollars (USD). Alexa Torrellas reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alexa Torrellas from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site in violation of these Terms and Conditions, infringement of third-party rights, or false or inaccurate information provided by you.
